The Pamplin Fellows program is a leadership group made
up of sophomores, juniors and seniors from N/NE Portland
area schools. Our main focus is to enhance the natural
leadership skills of students and assist them in developing
the core leadership skills needed so that they can lead
their generation and others to come.
The program trains youth in public speaking, project
planning, and time management. Projects include youth
summits, community outreach and service, and youth-led
retreats.
The Pamplin Leadership program demonstrates SEI’s
commitment to community service in Portland. Participants
who complete the community service obligations of being
a Pamplin Fellow receive a $1,000 scholarship to attend
a college or vocational school.
