SEI employs 107 full time staff and 30 part-time staff. SEI’s full time staff is 79% African American, 16% Caucasian, 2% Hispanic, 1% Asian, and 2% Pacific Islander. Over one-third of the Youth Services staff grew up in SEI’s programs and have come back to raise the next generation of youth in North and Northeast Portland.
