SEI develops both affordable rental and homeownership projects to provide a housing continuum for our residents.
SEI offers culturally specific, human-centered Resident Services because we have the expertise and understanding of the community. -
Education Co-Op
From an investment of the 1803 Fund, SEI’s Education Co-Op distributes an annual recurring $2.5 million to support peer community-based organizations dedicated to the wellbeing of youth.
