SEI’s Anti-Domestic & Sexual Violence (ADSV) Program provides support for individuals impacted by sexual and domestic violence. Our services include crisis intervention, personalized safety planning, and ongoing case management—helping survivors navigate challenges, access resources, and move toward safety and stability.

Enrollment
To be screened for services, please call our live hotline (503) 972-3698 Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to speak with an advocate.

Enrollment eligibility is based on caseload availability and screening criteria. Due to a high volume of calls and emails, response times may vary; our advocates are committed to responding as quickly as possible.
Hotline calls received outside of regular office hours are automatically forwarded to Call to Safety to ensure continued support. For the latest updates on programs and availability, please visit our website regularly.
Advocacy
SEI Advocates help survivors navigate the resources they need to get safe and stay safe.

Our advocates are here to stand with you—helping communicate and advocate on your behalf with landlords, employers, and service providers across programs and agencies. They work to connect you with a wide range of resources and opportunities, opening doors to the support you need. Every step of the way, our goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and moving toward greater safety and stability.
Crisis Intervention
Our crisis intervention services include shelter referrals and short-term motel vouchers when available. We also assist with emergency transportation to help you reach a safe location quickly and securely.

Housing Services
SEI Advocates are available during hotline hours to provide information about the DV Housing system,including instructions for how to access those services.
Safety Planning
Work with an SEI Advocate to create a personalized safety plan tailored to your unique needs–helping you stay safe at every step.
TREM Support Group
SEI’s Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM) Support Group provides a safe space for Black and African American women (18+) to learn about trauma, sisterhood, and resilience in the face of new traumas.
ASV Advocates
SEI’s Anti-Sexual Violence (ASV) Advocates provide intense, short-term family services in a way that is compassionate and effective and adheres to culturally appropriate and trauma-informed best practices.
The ADSV program is funded by the State of Oregon, and works in partnership with Call to Safety (formerly Portland Women’s Crisis Line).
