Known as one of the NBA’s most intimidating enforcers and also one of its most compassionate and legendary teammates, Kendrick Perkins has had a tremendous basketball career playing in the league for 14 years. Now a sought-after broadcast analyst, Perkins is using his big personality and strong player relationships to deliver unique basketball insights as someone who can tell us not just what the players will do, but how they feel. He has become a highlighted NBA analyst featured on numerous ESPN shows including NBA Countdown, NBA Today, Hoop Streams, First Take and Get Up.
Kendrick was drafted to the NBA straight out of Clifton J. Ozen High School where he captured one state championship. Perkins played for numerous NBA organizations throughout his career: the Boston Celtics, Oklahoma City Thunder, Cleveland Cavaliers and New Orleans Pelicans. Perkins captured his first NBA title with the Boston Celtics in 2008 as the starting center. In 2011 he went on to play for OKC when he led the Thunder to the NBA Finals the following year.After his 4 year swing in Oklahoma, Perkins signed with Cleveland and also reached the finals again in 2015 and then 2018.

Born and raised in Portland, Aaron Miles is a proud SEI alumnus and graduate of Jefferson High School. He went on to play for and graduate from the University of Kansas, becoming one of the school's all-time assist leaders and a respected leader on and off the court.
Aaron went on to enjoy a 10-year professional basketball career, playing for the Golden State Warriors, and internationally in France, Spain, Greece, Russia, and the NBA G League. Following his playing career, Aaron transitioned into coaching, bringing the same passion and leadership to the sidelines. His coaching journey has included roles as Head Coach of the Santa Cruz Warriors (NBA G League), Assistant Coach with the Golden State Warriors, and Player Development Coach with the Boston Celtics. In 2023, he was named an Assistant Coach for the New Orleans Pelicans, continuing his rise as a respected figure in the NBA coaching ranks.
Aaron and his wife, Mikki, are the proud parents of four children: Aaron Jr., Adonis, Asaiah, and Avion. His path from SEI to the NBA is a powerful example of what’s possible with dedication, opportunity, and community support.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Damon Stoudamire is a proud product of the Northeast Portland Community. A graduate of Wilson High School, Damon’s deep Portland roots have remained central to his identity both on and off the court.
Damon made his mark as a standout point guard at the University of Arizona, before being selected 7th overall in the 1995 NBA Draft by the Toronto Raptors. In his debut season, he earned the prestigious NBA Rookie of the Year Award (1995–96). Over his 13- year professional career, Damon played for the Toronto Raptors, Portland Trail Blazers, Memphis Grizzlies, and San Antonio Spurs.
Today, Damon is the Head Coach of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, leading the men's basketball program in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) with the same grit, heart, and leadership that defined his playing days. Throughout his journey, Damon has remained connected to his Portland roots, mentoring young athletes and uplifting the next generation of leaders—values that align deeply with the mission of Self Enhancement, Inc.
