what we do

Programs & Services

Our programs and services build a continuum of service from age 0 to 99+.

To support our Enhancement Pillars that support a youth to thrive on their own terms, we offer programs to nurture well-being, learning, stability, and belonging. Our services ensure families have stability and can remain rooted in the places and communities where they find belonging.

Youth Programs

In School

Our In-School Program matches students with an In-School Service Coordinator who provides case management tracking academic achievement, attendance, social development, and a career path toward becoming a positive contributing citizen.
