(SEI) is proud to expand its commitment to strengthening our communities through the development of a new 28-unit affordable housing community on Mississippi Avenue in North/Northeast Portland. Thoughtfully designed with input from the individuals and families we serve, this development reflects a deep understanding of the community’s unique needs, experiences, and aspirations.

Rooted in Economic Mobility, this project reinforces our belief that safe, stable, and affordable housing is a fundamental right—not a privilege. By combining quality housing with SEI’s comprehensive wraparound support services, we aim to create more than just a place to live.
