Self Enhancement Inc. (SEI) is developing our Mississippi Ave property into a 28-unit affordable rental housing project in North/Northeast Portland. The project’s design is the result of extensive engagement with these focus populations, ensuring that it directly addresses their unique needs and lived experiences.
